Charlie Junyanon was born on the 9th of March 1957 in Bangkok and graduated at the Bangkok School of Fine Arts 1978
Charlie developed his skills in the last 30 years specializing in the painting of horses, nude women and boats.
He sees himself as both a contemporary abstract artist and a passion realist artist. Charlie's paintings have been exhibited in Belgium, Germany, Italy and at dozens of national exhibitions in Thailand.
One of his major exhibitions was 2006 when he was one of 5 artists invited to exhibit at the Phuket Tia Hua Museum for the Sixtieth Anniversary celebrations of King Bumipol's accenssion to the throne.
Two years later in 2008 his portrait of King Bhumipol Adulyadeij Ram IX was shown to the King on his visit to Phuket and was then hung at the Phuket Provincial building.

He now has his studio in the South of Thailand where he works with his son Zawart Juyanon who graduated 2012 from art college.
